Are you ambitious, creative, and outgoing? Join Kay Patel State Farm in Frisco, TX as a Part-Time Appointment Setter / Lead Coordinator. You’ll help grow our agency by connecting with potential customers and coordinating appointments for our licensed Sales team.
This is lead follow-up and appointment setting only — you will not be selling policies.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads
- Follow up with internet and marketing leads
- Schedule appointments for licensed agents to review insurance options
- Maintain accurate CRM notes in Salesforce CRM
- Provide friendly, professional service on every call
- Track lead status and ensure timely follow-up
- Work toward appointment-setting targets while maintaining high-quality lead information
Qualifications
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and self-motivation
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Organized and detail-oriented (CRM accuracy is essential)
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and stay consistent with lead follow-up
